oldest law firms in San Joaquin County and has a strong tradition of
community and civic service. Kroloff, Belcher, Smart Perry &
Christopherson an "AV" rated firm by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest
rating available), provides legal services to businesses, individuals and
public agencies. The firm has developed expertise in business and
commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and
litigation, estate planning, trust and probate law, employment
litigation and counseling, health care law, defense of hospitals and
doctors in malpractice actions and fertility and surrogacy law.
